Have U signed up for any classes? If yo u haven't and would like add some depth to your week at (WPPI) I would highly recommend you take this MASTER CLASS from Roberto Valenzuela. His class is filling up fast.   We met last year and his work and business ethic has been a constant source of inspiration to me.   Sersiouly some of the most beautiful elegant wedding images I have seen.  Check out this Article by Range Finder this past month

Courtney & Gary - Ashton Gardens, Houston, TX

A special congratulations to Courtney and Gary who were wed on September 26, 2008. After being stranded out at sea during her bachlorette cruise because of Hurricane Gustav, and having to wonder if Ashton Gardens would even have power to hold her ceremony due to Ike; Courtney handled the day with such amazing ease and grace. We were all set to have a candle lit ceremony at the Ashton chapel, and a plan B reception at the Waterway Marriot. Two days before the ceremony, we got word that the following days bride was DETERMINED to have her wedding as planned... so her family generously provided two large commercial generators to power the entire facility for the weekend!!! Lights, AC, Food, everything worked out perfectly in the end, and it was a lovely, lovely night...

Danielle Doyle of The Perfect Face works her magic. To all brides still looking for a makeup artist, look no further... She is professional, fast, and you WILL look FLAWLESS.

It's a team effort!

I love this photo as dad sees her for the first time, mom looks on in the background...

I just had to include this shot of the ring bearer... he looks so dapper!

But not quite as dapper as Gary

A sweet moment during the ceremony

Man and Wife

From boss to husband... now she's the boss ;)

First dance...

Courtney and dad decided to break into Soulja Boy in the middle of their dance... Amusement ensues...

A strong finish to their dance

I love this moment between Gary and his mom

Shadow puppets!

Goodnight now!

Can it be??? A blog entry! As our new custom blog is near completion, I figured that I need to get into the habit of blogging again.  So, without further ado...

Christina and Steve were married September 6, 2008 at First Presbyterian Church.

I love this shot of her bouquet.

A quick prayer before the first look.

Looking back at dad in the distance.

Beautiful light for Christina.

Steve... lounging...

Steve... Posing in front of the art cow

I love first looks... It's not for everyone, but I think it always makes the day go more smoothly when the pictures are taken before.

In the courtyard.

Dad hamming it up down the aisle.

Mr. and Mrs. Chambers.

Congrats again you guys!

We apologize for the lack of blogging the last month and a half.

We have been building out our new studio... IKE!...  Makani Joseph Cogliandro was born and we have been shooting weddings... on top of that we have been eagerly expecting and working with Anthony, Meghan and Kitty at Into The Darkroom the last 2 months on our new Website/Blog.  We will be up to our normal blogging in the next week or so.  A TOTAL new look is coming... While we loved our old site and our blog we have been building our brand in a different direction and an update is long overdue!!!

Cheers,

Joe and Marco
